HiveTechs Collective LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates PayProxy, a secure payment management platform for concierge and service businesses. Data We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our service. This includes your email address, which is collected during account registration and used for authentication, notifications, and customer support. We also collect usage analytics such as pages visited, features used, session duration, and general interaction patterns to help us understand how our platform is used and where we can make improvements. We do not collect or store raw credit card numbers. All payment data is handled through our billing provider using tokenized references.
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used to operate, maintain, and improve PayProxy. We use your email address to authenticate your account, send transactional emails such as password resets and billing receipts, and to communicate important service updates. Usage analytics help us identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features that serve our users better. We rely on a limited number of trusted third-party services to deliver PayProxy. Cloudflare provides our infrastructure including hosting, CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection. Paddle processes all subscription billing and payment transactions on our behalf. Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review their policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 365 days of the deletion request. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law or legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping obligations.
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
