Overview
At HiveTechs Collective LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your PayProxy subscription. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed this Refund Policy to be fair and transparent. This policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through our platform. Please read it carefully so you understand your rights and the process for requesting a refund.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 14 days of an annual plan renewal. Refund requests made after this 14-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a significant service outage or a critical defect that prevents you from using PayProxy as intended, you may be eligible for a prorated refund regardless of the standard refund window. We are committed to ensuring that you receive value from the service you are paying for.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@hivetechs.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information: your account email address, the date of the charge you are requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our support team will acknowledge your request within two business days and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We may ask for additional information to process your request, so please check your email for any follow-up communications from our team.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our billing provider, and will appear on your statement as a credit from Paddle. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@hivetechs.io so we can investigate the status of your refund with our payment processor.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: partial months of service on monthly subscription plans after the 14-day refund window has passed, any add-on services or one-time purchases that have already been delivered or consumed, accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, and subscription fees for billing periods where the service was used substantially. Free trial periods and the free Starter plan do not involve charges and are therefore not subject to this refund policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your PayProxy subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. If you wish to request a refund in addition to canceling, please follow the refund request process described above.
