Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PayProxy, operated by HiveTechs Collective LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
Description of Service
PayProxy is a secure payment management platform designed for concierge and service businesses. The platform enables businesses to collect secure payment authorizations from their clients, set and enforce spending limits, log and track transactions with receipt attachments, and maintain transparent records of all purchases made on behalf of clients. The service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers as described on our pricing page.
User Accounts
To use PayProxy, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PayProxy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or systems connected to the service. You may not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service. You may not use the service to transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by HiveTechs Collective LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of HiveTechs Collective LLC. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform, but you grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveTechs Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service, any conduct or content of any third party on the service, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
